Dixon Link Capital worked on behalf of Stratagem Partners, a seasoned real estate developer, to secure financing for the land purchase in record time. With the custom, high-leverage bridge loan provided by a private capital partner, the client was able to successfully close on the property and maintain maximum equity ownership in the deal.
Development for the 122-acre project site is underway, with plans to include a new residential community of single-family homes.
