Faith Link

Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Faith Link leads Dixon Link Capital in developing and maintaining strong relationships with lending partners and investors. Working hands-on with our capital providers, she helps our team structure creative financing solutions to meet each client’s unique borrowing needs.

Prior to launching Dixon Link Capital, Ms. Link managed investment portfolios valued at over $25 million across a broad range of asset classes for one of the largest broker-dealers in the country. As a fiduciary, she created investment plans for clients, consulting her network of strategic partners in banking, law, tax, and small business consulting. Through this advisory team-based approach, she helped her clients address the many facets of building wealth. Ms. Link’s experience enables Dixon Link Capital to provide clients with comprehensive advice on both sides of the balance sheet.

Committed to giving back to our community, Ms. Link is an active volunteer for the Jacksonville Humane Society and a member of the Junior League of Jacksonville.

Ms. Link is an alumnus of Jacksonville University with degrees in Finance and Economics. She graduated with Honors and received the Outstanding Student of the Year Award in Economics. She is editor of The Finance Fashionista, an online publication seeking to empower women in personal finance, investing, and in their careers.

Gayle Bulls Dixon

Co-Founder, Advisor

Since 2002, Gayle Bulls Dixon has been an active real estate investor, with assets in classes ranging from Hotels/Resorts, Multifamily, to Outdoor Lifestyle. She is the Founder and Investment Portfolio Manager of the Bulls Dixon Companies, including:

• Bulls Dixon Equity Partners, a partnership of investors whose interests are in Northeast Florida and consist of multifamily assets and outdoor lifestyle projects, including marinas, restaurants, and RV Parks with holdings valued at $80M
• Belvedere Realty Group, where Ms. Dixon is the Broker in Charge
• Cat’s Paw Marina in St. Augustine, Florida

In 2012, Ms. Dixon also founded and managed Broad Street Real Estate Opportunity Fund (BSREOF), a fund formed to pool partners’ investment proceeds for the purpose of investing in the multifamily asset class, categories B and C, in Phase 1 markets of the United States. Investors sold their positions in January of 2016, experiencing returns of 22.3% annually.

Ms. Dixon is an alumna of Harvard Business School OPM39, where she represented her peers as Class Secretary, quarterly publishing articles in the HBS Alumni Magazine. A published author, her book, The Smart Girl’s Guide to the Boy’s Club, is available through Amazon or directly from Ms. Dixon.
